Qualifications

• Knowledge of HIPAA, privacy rules, and infection control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ambulatory care department operations, staffing, and patient flow.
• Develop short- and long-term policies for ambulatory and nursing services.
• Monitor program plans and prepare routine reports.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and accrediting bodies.
