NYU Grossman School of Medicine is seeking an Ambulatory Care Nurse (FGP) to support nursing practice and clinical policy implementation. You will participate in quality improvement activities, collect patient data, and collaborate with licensed providers to develop patient-centered plans of care, including administration of treatments, wound care, and health teaching.

Qualifications

• Current NYS Registered Professional Nurse license.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred for hires after 9/1/25; may consider ADN contingent on leadership approval.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsabilités

• Performs physical examinations and diagnostic tests.
• Records information in electronic health record.
• Provides information and education to patients and families regarding test results and treatment plans.
• Administers medications and provides wound care, triage, and patient counseling.
• Assesses patient responses to treatments and anesthesia and collaborates with licensed providers.
