Qualifications

• Ensures HIPAA compliance and professional ethics in all activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical nursing interventions within ambulatory care settings.
• Collaborate with providers and staff to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Educate patients and families on preventive care, medications, and disease management.
• Document care in EMR according to standards and regulations.
• Triage and manage routine and urgent patient needs within the clinic.
