Job summary

Kaiser Permanente is seeking an LPN for primary care in Longview, Washington. This part-time role (27 hours weekly) supports clinicians and care teams, performing focused assessments, rooming patients, and coordinating care via electronic records.

Under the supervision of a clinician or RN, you will provide both direct and indirect patient care, contribute to care plans, and help ensure a positive patient experience within the ambulatory care setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
• Active Practical Nurse license in Washington or a Compact License.
• Basic Life Support certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient care and nursing tasks under RN/clinician supervision.
• Perform focused nursing assessments and triage for routine conditions.
• Document care in the electronic medical record and coordinate with the care team.
• Prepare patients and rooms for visits and ensure supplies are available.
