Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for visits and organizes clinical information for clinician review.
• Performs focused nursing assessments and triage under supervision.
• Performs diagnostic tests, therapies and procedures within scope of practice.
• Maintains patient scheduling and coordinates follow-up care and communications.
• Provides health teaching and coordinates care in line with care plans.
