Job summary

Hospital Central Services Cooperative, Inc. seeks a Customer Care Representative for the Ambulatory Care Division in Allentown. The role ensures timely customer communications, CRM updates, and proactive follow-up while supporting healthcare facilities with linen services.

Must have HS diploma or GED and 1 year of customer service experience; a valid driver's license is required. MS Office, Zendesk, and WMS experience preferred. Monday–Friday 8:30 am–5:00 pm schedule. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience with Zendesk and WMS and MS Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Customer Service Communications Manager and Call Center to ensure the AC CRM is updated and respond to customers with resolution within 24 hours.
• Schedule proactive visitations with reactive follow up to customer concerns weekly and document visits.
• Conduct surveys of quality, quantity, and delivery and identify opportunities to optimize inventory with the customer and Service Team.
