Job summary

Hospital Central Services Cooperative, Inc. seeks an Ambulatory Care Service Supervisor to oversee ACSRDs and support service operations across designated territories in Allentown.

The role focuses on customer retention, inventory control, and team leadership, with emphasis on using the Samsara system for operational oversight. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED with 3 years of supervisory experience; a valid driver’s license and experience driving a 26' box truck.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required with 3 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive a 26' box truck.
• Experience in union environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily supervision of assigned ACSRDs and support of service operations across territories.
• Supervise ACSRDs for customer retention, inventory management and lead development.
• Coordinate transfer of inventory between HCSC and customer locations via ACSRDs.
• Ensure compliance with policies and maintain confidentiality; adhere to regulations.
