Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Ambulatory Services leadership to develop and implement activities, provide operational support, obtain information, answer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Leads and provides guidance for all patient care in the ambulatory practice to ensure efficient, timely, and safe workflows.
• Serves as a consultative resource for ambulatory staff, modeling best clinical practices to improve patient outcomes.
• Develops and reviews patient care plans to ensure positive outcomes.
• Directs and coordinates delivery of ambulatory nursing care across the system.
