UC Health is hiring a Clinical Call Representative for Ambulatory Scheduling. Under the direction of the Clinical Operations Manager, you will handle incoming clinical calls from patients, caregivers, doctors' offices, pharmacies, and other sources, documenting information and routing to clinic staff as needed.

The role emphasizes accurate documentation, confidentiality, and adherence to policies. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED (associates preferred), Medical Assistant

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred.
• Medical Assistant Certification preferred.
• 1–2 years experience required; 3–5 years experience preferred.

• Supports patient care by communicating clearly, courteously and effectively, and by documenting information.
• Collects and interprets patient data within scope of practice.
• Communicates with clinic staff and informs IS&T Help Desk for device issues.
• Acts on behalf of patients and follows established protocols.
