Job summary

UCSF Health seeks an Administrative Director to oversee the operations of the Cancer Center Infusion Services at MB, Mt. Zion, and Pediatrics.

You will supervise administrative staff, manage check-in, scheduling, revenue cycle, and business functions, ensuring alignment with UCSF policies and patient care standards. Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you will lead strategic initiatives, coordinate with departments such as Radiation Oncology, Medicine, IT, Pharmacy, and Revenue Cycle, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive leadership with clinic/center management experience.
• Experience in practice management, scheduling, customer-service methods, incident reporting, regulatory compliance, accreditation requirements, and IT.
• Ability to organize, manage multiple priorities, and delegate effectively.
• Demonstrated managerial and HR knowledge including budgeting, quality improvement, and program planning.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare IT, billing systems, and patient care workflows.

Responsibilities

• Supervise administrative staff including check-in/registration and scheduling teams.
• Oversee operational, HR, administrative, revenue cycle and business functions for the Cancer Center infusion services.
• Collaborate with department leadership to implement strategic initiatives and ensure goals.
