Responsibilities

• Provide safe patient care with organized, safe delivery of quality care.
• Perform systematic patient and family assessment and record health data.
• Develop a culturally competent plan of care addressing patient problems and outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
• Educate patients and families about illness, treatment and preventive measures.
