Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Staff Registered Nurse: Ambulatory to provide expert nursing care in ambulatory settings in Massachusetts. You will collaborate with physicians and the care team to plan, coordinate, and deliver high-quality patient care while adhering to MA Nurse Practice Act and ANA standards.

Ideal candidates hold an active MA RN license, ACLS and BLS certifications, and have acute care (medical-surgical) experience.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred.
• Current license to practice professional nursing from the Massachusetts Board of Registration.
• Acute care (medical-surgical) experience required.

Responsabilités

• Provide safe patient care with organized delivery of quality care for assigned patients/families.
• Assess patients and families and record relevant health data.
• Develop culturally competent care plans with expected outcomes and preventative measures.
• Provide age-appropriate care and treatment.
• Telemetry/phone triage: assess severity of symptoms and advise accordingly.
• Collaborate with physicians and other providers to ensure continuity of care.
