Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) in Cardiology to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in coordination with physicians and advanced practice providers. The RN will educate patients, triage Epic messages, and support injections and vaccinations as part of the care journey.

The position requires 1–3 years of related experience, RN licensure, and BLS certification. A BSN is strongly preferred, with emphasis on teamwork, safety, and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program required.
• Baccalaureate degree in Nursing strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct care to patients and makes nursing judgments.
• Coordinates care and directs assistive personnel to ensure safe, effective, timely patient-centered care.
• Works with physicians and care teams to assess healthcare needs and communicate plan of care.
• Maintains annual mandatory education requirements and participates in professional development.
• Demonstrates commitment to patient safety and to Beth Israel Lahey Health.
