Qualifications

• Credentialed Trainer (CT) is responsible for training delivery, support, and all related tasks associated with their assigned application(s).
• The Credentialed Trainer works with Principal Trainers, Analysts, Informaticists, Health System leaders, and Education to assure end users can use the system.
• They identify individuals who may need additional support or training and provide support as needed.
• They ensure that students can use the designated application effectively.
