Job summary

Main Line HealthCare Breast Surgical Specialists is seeking an Ambulatory Registered Nurse on the Lankenau Medical Center campus to support patients through the breast care journey. You will provide clinical guidance, education, and care coordination for evaluation and treatment of breast conditions.

Responsibilities include ambulatory nursing care, telephone triage, symptom management, pre- and post-operative education, medication review, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• ASN or BSN degree required or equivalent.
• Current Pennsylvania RN license.
• Provider BLS certification (AHA/Red Cross) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ambulatory nursing care for breast surgical patients across the continuum of care.
• Coordinate appointments, testing, procedures, referrals and follow-up care to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Conduct pre- and post-operative education, symptom assessment, medication review, and communication of care plans.
