Job summary

Henry Ford Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Ambulatory Anti-Coagulation Clinic in West Bloomfield. The role supports patient care during Monday–Friday daytime hours, with flexibility in weekly availability.

The RN will contribute to anticoagulation management under provider oversight and participate in teaching and care coordination. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years experience in ambulatory or acute care, a Michigan RN license, and BLS/ACLS per policy.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years of RN experience in ambulatory or acute settings.
• Current Michigan RN licensure and basic life support (BLS) or ACLS per policy.
• Certification may be required where mandated (ACLS or OCN).
• Proficiency with nursing process, care planning, and provider collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in coordinating and delivering quality patient care.
• Perform nursing assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Communicate effectively with the health care team and families.
• Demonstrate clinical competence and independent practice within scope.
