Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs and treatment tolerance.
• Administer chemotherapy and supportive therapies per oncology protocols.
• Manage vascular access devices and infection prevention.
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and self-care.
• Document assessments and interventions in EHR.
• Collaborate with oncologists and team members for coordinated care.
• Monitor and report adverse reactions to the clinical team.
• Maintain a safe, patient-centered ambulatory environment.
