Job summary

Henry Ford Health in Detroit seeks a Pharmacist to provide day-to-day comprehensive, patient-oriented pharmacy services during shifts, under supervision of coordinators, guiding staff and ensuring sound clinical judgment.

You will train interns, disseminate drug information, participate in teaching programs and contribute to high standards of care and improved patient services across Michigan.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited college of pharmacy.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Michigan (must obtain within 30 days of hire if eligible).
• Demonstrated acumen in verbal and written communication skills.
• Thorough understanding of pathophysiology and pharmacotherapy of disease states.
• Ability to participate in teaching programs and provide instruction to students and healthcare providers.
