Job summary

Horton Emergency Vehicles, a Horton division of Terex Corporation, is seeking a Coordinator Sales to be the dealers’ main contact for customer orders. The role involves coordinating with sales, production, materials, quality, and engineering to clearly define products and expedite orders.

Ideal candidates will have multiple years in manufacturing of specialty vehicles, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Think through complex tasks and translate into ambulance manufacturing language.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Familiar with all aspects of the specialty vehicles manufacturing process – body, interior, exterior, electrical.

Responsibilities

• Process special requests and source items.
• Process customer orders and assist dealer sales to finalize production orders.
• Answer questions from outside sales relating to the product line.
• Coordinate with dealer sales to resolve operations issues including change orders.
• Train dealer sales team and sales coordinators on systems and procedures.
• Complete special requests for options and pricing independently.
