Zusammenfassung

Horton Emergency Vehicles, a Terex company, seeks a Coordinator Sales to be the dealers’ main contact for orders and to coordinate with sales, production, materials, quality and engineering to ensure accurate product definitions.

You will assist dealers and customers, respond to product inquiries, and help resolve issues impacting delivery and pricing. The role requires strong communication and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifikationen

• Must be able to think through complex tasks and translated into ambulance manufacturing language.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Advanced customer service, problem solving, time management and project management skills.
• Must be familiar with all aspects of the specialty vehicles manufacturing process – body, interior, exterior, electrical.

Aufgaben

• Be the dealers’ main contact person for all customer orders assigned.
• Collaborate with outside customers, dealers, sales, production, materials, quality and engineering to define products.
• Answer questions from the outside sales team regarding the product line.
• Communicate with dealer sales to resolve operations issues including change orders.
• Train and support dealer sales team and sales coordinators level I on systems, processes and procedures.
• Complete special requests for options and pricing independently.
