Horton Emergency Vehicles seeks a detail-oriented orders coordinator to be the dealers’ main contact for customer orders. You will work with outside customers, dealers, sales, production, materials, quality, and engineering to clearly define the products being built.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills, with experience in manufacturing environments. This is an on-site position located in Ohio with safety protocols in place.

Qualifications

• Four years of manufacturing specialty vehicles experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Outlook).
• Ambulance/manufacturing knowledge preferred.

Responsabilités

• Process Special Requests and assist with sourcing special items.
• Process customer orders. Assist with dealer sales team to finalize orders for production.
• Answer questions from the outside sales team as they relate to the product line.
• Communicate with dealer sales department to resolve operations issues including change orders and other customers’ inquiries.
• Train and support dealer sales team and sales coordinators level I on systems, processes and procedures.
• Complete special requests for options and pricing independently.
