Job summary

REV Group is seeking a Paint/Body technician to prep, sand, and buff painted vehicles at our North Carolina facility. You will mask off surfaces, seal seams, and apply primer, ensuring a high-quality finish.

Responsibilities include sanding, buffing, and using dual-action sanders and grinders while maintaining 6S standards. A high school diploma or GED and OSHA/EPA knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• Preferred 1-3 years automotive paint prep and body repair experience.

• Must have a basic understanding of paint prep processes and safety standards.

• Ability to learn primers and paint products and use related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prep, sand, buff painted vehicles.

• Mask off surfaces to be painted and seal body seams.

• Apply primer and sand to finish; repair dents and imperfections.
•  
• Operate buffers and maintain clean work areas.

• Follow time standards and quality requirements.
