Qualifications

• Preferred 1-year experience in automotive paint prep and body repair.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Must have full knowledge of quality requirements to produce acceptable finish paint.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for prepping, sanding, buffing painted vehicles.
• Seal body seams with epoxy seam sealer.
• Operate a buffer and understand the steps required to buff paint to a proper finish.

Skills

Automotive paint prep and body repair

Ability to run dual action sanders

Ability to communicate professionally

General knowledge of OSHA and EPA standards
