Qualifications

• Ambulance (EMS) or public safety dispatch experience preferred.
• Strong multitasking and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Must be dependable and punctual for overnight shifts.
• Basic computer proficiency; typing speed around 1 year preferred.
• Must have or obtain EMDR certification or EMT license when applicable.

• Answer high-volume emergency and non-emergency calls professionally.
