Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, comprehend and verbally communicate simple instructions in English.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and layouts in English.
• Ability to read and use linear and other measuring devices.
• Ability to perform all operations within acceptable quality and time standards.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
• Fundamental use of various pneumatic and power tools.
• Familiar with the safe operation of drills, screw guns, and chop saws.
• Ability to use basic mathematics.

Responsibilities

• Installation of all electrical interior/exterior components and hardware.
• Understand and carry out verbal and written directions in English.
• Set work priorities to meet production goals as scheduled.
• Assist in training installers at all skill levels.
• Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
• Meet minimum safety and 5S standards.
• Meet all QA and QC standards for each task.
• Be compliant with all rules of conduct and attendance per the company handbook.
