Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in vehicle service or emergency vehicle operations.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in ambulance manufacturing or EMS industry is desirable.
• Associate degree in Automotive Technology, Business Management, or related field preferred.
• Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching, training, and guidance to service technicians.
• Serve as primary point of contact for service inquiries and cost estimation.
• Manage work orders, invoicing, and escalated customer concerns.
• Supervise technicians, plan and schedule duties, and monitor completion.
• Collaborate with customers on sales, service opportunities, and adjustments.
• Oversee parts inventory through purchase and sales orders.
• Uphold shop safety and proper use of safety equipment.
• Ensure proper equipment layout and compliance with safety procedures.
