Job summary

Horton Emergency Vehicles, part of Terex Corporation, is seeking an Assembly I to join the production team in Ohio. You will install interior and exterior components, using hand and power tools to build subassemblies in a fast-paced environment.

You will read measurements, follow specifications, and work toward quality and production goals with minimal supervision. Prior experience in manufacturing is preferred, and safety gear is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and use linear and measuring devices.
• Operate hand and power tools to assemble components per specs.
• Follow standards for quality and production timelines.
• Minimum supervision with ability to set work priorities.

Responsibilities

• Install interior/exterior components and hardware as specified.
• Assemble subassemblies such as doors, seats, and instrument panels.
• Seal joints and assemble trim pieces per product specs.
• Position parts using templates and measurements.
• Use tools to form units at floor stations.
• Follow safety guidelines and participate in training as needed.
