You will administer procurement, create purchase orders, manage backorders and assist in quoting prices to meet customer needs. The role includes coordinating resources to respond to supply chain requests, supporting accounts receivable activities, and occasional deliveries with a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• The following requirements apply to this position: 18+ years old, valid driver’s license, ability to meet driving and background checks, basic computer skills, strong communication and organizational skills, customer service mindset, drive for results, ability to lift 25–50 lbs up to 75 lbs, willingness to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Managing branch inventory levels
• Administering procurement functions, including purchase orders and backorder management
• Estimating/quoting prices and sourcing product
• Coordinating resources to respond to customer supply chain needs
• Supporting accounts receivable activities
• Making deliveries with a company vehicle as necessary
• Performing other duties as needed to ensure branch success
