Stationed throughout the store, the Ambassador connects with clients through concierge-style interactions and storytelling to elevate the in-store experience. This role supports the client journey by directing guests, collaborating with Client Advisors, and representing the Tiffany brand on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all clients in a warm and courteous manner to create an exemplary luxury experience.
\r
• Use storytelling to share knowledge of the World of Tiffany and inspire client interest.
\r
• Attend to and direct internal and external clients throughout South Coast Plaza, partnering clients with appropriate Client Advisors.
\r
• Support hospitality, tours, and selling events, including door coverage, elevator operation, and back-of-house support as needed.
\r
• Manage floor waiting lists, execute floor efficiencies, and communicate potential service issues to management.
\r
• Share client interactions and impressions with management and collaborate effectively within the store team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-facing experience (hospitality, museum/gallery, etc.).
\r
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
\r
• Authorization to work in the United States.
\r
• Preferred: college/university degree with a fine or performing arts focus, GIA coursework, or ability to speak multiple languages.
