Tiffany & Co. in Chicago is seeking an Ambassador for its flagship store. You will greet clients, share brand-forward storytelling, and help set the tone for a luxe visit.

Stationed on the floor, you support client advisors, assist with events, wrap items, and maintain pristine selling spaces, contributing to an elevated luxury experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet all clients in a warm and courteous manner to create an exemplary luxury experience.
• Use storytelling to share knowledge of the World of Tiffany and elevate the in-store experience.
• Attend to client needs, direct clients to the appropriate Client Advisor, and manage floor waiting lists efficiently.
• Support hospitality, tours, and selling events including door coverage, elevator operation, and back-of-house support.
• Assist the sales team with boxing and wrapping items, replenishing POS and gifting supplies, and maintaining neat POS stations and sales floor areas.
• Communicate potential service issues and client impressions to management and collaborate effectively with team members.
