Job summary

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment in Orlando is seeking enthusiastic Ambassadors to support event catering and daily food service. You will help prepare, portion, and deliver high-quality meals while maintaining a positive guest experience.

The role offers a fast-paced environment with teamwork, flexibility, and opportunities to participate in special events. A high school diploma is preferred, with culinary training a plus; up to 29 hours/week, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Two years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong written/verbal communication skills.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Able to lift/move up to 55 pounds.
• Able to stand for prolonged periods in hot and/or cold environments.
• Able to interact positively with park guests and coworkers of diverse backgrounds.
• Resume required.
• Availability to work up to 29 hours per week, 3-4 days, including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production of menu items for special events.
• Adjust food quantity to accommodate park guest attendance.
• Enthusiastically represent the company with a positive attitude and high energy.
• Assist in leading the team in daily operations and events when management is not present.
• Read menu to estimate food requirements and order food from suppliers.
• Oversee delivery and coordination of food delivery to event sites.
• Prepare and cook meats, fish, vegetables and other foods.
• Ensure excellent customer service by responding to guest needs.
