Job summary

Sesame Place Philadelphia is seeking enthusiastic Ambassadors for part-time Cook roles in the Food & Beverage team. You will prepare high quality foods to SeaWorld standards, follow HACCP guidelines, and operate open flame grills, smokerts, steam kettles and other kitchen gear.

You will assemble wraps, salads and other items, test temperatures, and keep areas clean while handling allergens knowledge. Flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays are available.

Qualifications

• Experience cooking in a fast-paced environment with allergy awareness.
• Ability to work with all food types and allergens safely.
• Basic knife skills and kitchen safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high quality food meeting standards per menu specs.
• Follow HACCP guidelines and safety procedures.
• Operate non-automated kitchen equipment and test temperatures.
• Assist in wrap/sandwich/salad prep and line assembly.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitary conditions in assigned areas.
• Support guests with friendly service.
