Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in media, ecommerce, or digital marketing; experience with Retail Media and Amazon Advertising platforms is highly preferred.
• Experience working with consumer goods is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-funnel Amazon retail media strategy across ad platforms to drive brand growth and eCommerce performance.
• Translate commercial objectives into activation plans across Sales, Brand Marketing, and National Media.
• Own end-to-end campaign performance: segmentation, targeting, creative strategy, optimization.
• Manage A&P investment and budget pacing with clear linkage to outcomes.
• Leverage analytics and tools (Amazon Advertising Console, DSP, Retail Analytics) to assess ROAS and lift.
• Lead cross-functional partnerships to scale growth initiatives and trigger new capabilities.
• Identify emerging platform opportunities and evolving formats to gain competitive advantage.
• Deliver executive-level performance reporting and strategic recommendations.
