Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking an Associate Manager, Amazon Retail Media Marketing, to own performance for a brand (Ziploc or Glade) on Amazon. You will translate business goals into media mix decisions, optimize campaigns, and guide launches with Brand, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain partners.

You’ll lead test-and-learn programs, establish weekly cadences, and drive conversion via media-to-shelf integration, all while building executive-facing performance narratives for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, analytics, or related field plus 5+ years in eCommerce/retail media.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own the Brand eCommerce acceleration strategy on Amazon.
• Define quarterly performance plans and targets.
• Lead investment tradeoff decisions within Brand’s retail media.
• Coordinate with Brand, Sales, Finance, and supply chain for launches.
• Establish weekly operating cadence and drive performance.
