Job summary

Create Wellness is seeking a Marketplaces Manager to own performance on Amazon and other marketplaces, including Walmart.com and Target.com. You will manage PPC, catalog, PDPs, deals, and account health from a proven playbook with the Director of Marketplaces as your strategic partner.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing marketplaces (Amazon required)
• Experience across PPC, catalog, PDPs, and account health on Amazon
• Familiar with marketplace intelligence tools like Helium 10 or Smart Scout
• Strong analytical mindset focused on incremental and profitable growth
• Clear communicator who can turn data into actionable insights
• Organized and process-oriented, able to manage multiple moving parts

Responsibilities

• Run PPC day-to-day: audits, keyword research, campaign management
• Manage catalog: listings, variations, bundles, backend audits
• Optimize PDPs: copy, imagery, A+ content, Brand Store
• Own account health and compliance; resolve seller support cases
• Schedule and QA deals, Lightning Deals, and big promotions
• Monitor pricing and Buy Box integrity across channels
• Partner with Ops on inbound planning and stockout risk
• Own strategy across Walmart.com, Target.com, Instacart, and other marketplaces
• Lead expansion into new marketplaces and tailor strategies per platform
• Report marketplace performance and communicate results and risks
