Job description

Location: Brooklyn, NY
Schedule: Full-time, on-site | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary: $60,000–$70,000
Reports to: Director of E-Commerce Operations

The Role

We are looking for an organized, analytical, and dependable E-Commerce Operations Coordinator to support our growing e-commerce business across Amazon (1P), Walmart, Target+, Wayfair, and other major marketplaces.

This is an entry-level role with the opportunity to grow into meaningful responsibility. You will help manage projects, product listings, reporting, inventory, and cross-team follow-up. We will train the right person, but we expect strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and consistent ownership.

You’ll get a front-row view of what it takes to operate a nine-figure e-commerce business and gain hands‑on experience with the systems, processes, and teams that keep it running behind the scenes.

For someone who is early in their career and interested in e-commerce, operations, analytics, or marketplace management, this is an opportunity to learn the business from the ground up while working directly with an experienced e-commerce team.

What You'll Do
  • Track projects, deadlines, action items, and follow-ups across internal and overseas teams.
  • Create, update, and maintain accurate product listings across multiple e-commerce marketplaces.
  • Review product pricing, images, descriptions, specifications, and other listing information for accuracy.
  • Analyze sales, inventory, and product performance reports to help identify trends and potential issues.
  • Support inventory planning and help ensure appropriate product availability across marketplaces.
  • Assist with new product launches and marketplace setup.
  • Maintain spreadsheets, reports, trackers, and process documentation.
  • Research listing, inventory, pricing, and operational issues and help coordinate solutions.
  • Communicate updates and follow up with team members to keep projects moving.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and day‑to‑day e-commerce operations.
  • Support the Director of E-Commerce Operations with additional projects and initiatives as needed.
What We’re Looking For
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Analytical and comfortable working with numbers, data, and spreadsheets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to follow through on assignments.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working and communicating with multiple teams.
  • Quick to learn new systems, processes, and technology.
  • Able to research problems, think critically, and work toward solutions.
  • Comfortable working independently while also collaborating as part of a team.
Experience

Previous e-commerce or marketplace experience is helpful, but not required.

Experience with Amazon Vendor Central, Walmart, Target+, Wayfair, or similar platforms is a plus, but we are willing to train someone who demonstrates strong organizational skills, analytical ability, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.

Who Will Succeed in This Role?

This position is a great fit for someone who is early in their career and wants more than just a traditional entry-level job. You may not know everything about e-commerce yet—and that’s okay.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys figuring things out, notices when something doesn’t look right, follows through without needing constant reminders, and isn’t afraid to ask questions and learn.

As you develop your knowledge of our marketplaces, products, systems, and operations, you’ll have the opportunity to take on greater ownership and broader operational responsibility.

If you’re organized, curious, comfortable with data, and excited to learn how a large e-commerce business operates behind the scenes, we’d love to hear from you.
