Job summary

C&A Marketing in Edison, NJ seeks an experienced Amazon Marketplace Lead to drive growth across Vendor Central and Seller Central accounts for multiple marketplaces.

You will own listings, optimize product content, manage promotions and advertising campaigns across multiple marketplaces, collaborate with creative teams, monitor performance, and deliver regular reviews with actionable recommendations to boost revenue, conversion, and brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central accounts.
• Strong listing optimization skills across titles, bullets, A+ content, and backend attributes.
• Proven ability to grow sales through deals, coupons, promotions, and bundles.
• Experience testing and optimizing images and videos to improve conversion.
• Planning and optimization of Amazon advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products/Brands/Display).
• Collaborate with creative teams to drive content for growth and brand awareness.
• Monitor performance metrics, inventory, Buy Box, and take action to improve results.
• Analyze category trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate product launches and ensure listings are retail-ready across marketplaces.
• Maintain account health and compliance with Amazon policies and best practices.
• Prepare regular business reviews and actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Manage Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central accounts across multiple countries.
• Create, update, and optimize product listings, including titles, bullet points, A+ content, keywords, and backend attributes.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales through Amazon Deals, coupons, promotions, bundles, and other merchandising opportunities.
• Continuously improve product detail pages by testing and optimizing images, videos, and other creative assets to increase conversion.
• Plan, manage, and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns, including sponsored products, sponsored brands, sponsored display, and DSP (preferred).
• Work closely with the creative and social media teams to develop content that supports Amazon growth and brand awareness.
• Monitor sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, advertising metrics, inventory levels, and Buy Box performance, and proactively take action to improve results.
• Analyze category trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate product launches and ensure listings are retail ready across all marketplaces.
• Maintain account health and ensure compliance with Amazon policies and best practices.
• Prepare regular business reviews and performance reports with actionable recommendations.
