Job summary

Cesna Recruitment is seeking an Amazon Data Analyst to support data-driven decisions across our Amazon business, building reporting infra and turning complex marketplace data into actionable insights.

You will analyze sales, traffic, conversion, advertising, and inventory planning; develop dashboards with Power BI or Tableau; and partner with Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain to drive data-informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Economics, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in data analysis, BI, or analytics roles, ideally in e-commerce or Amazon.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Amazon sales, traffic, conversion, advertising, inventory, pricing, and profitability to uncover trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track Amazon business KPIs including sales, conversion, ACOS, ROAS, and inventory health.
• Prepare monthly business reviews and translate complex data into clear recommendations for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
