A growing eCommerce team is seeking Junior and Mid-Level Amazon Listing Specialists to support and optimize product catalogs for Amazon. Whether you’re just starting out or bring several years of experience, we’re looking for detail-oriented, organized, and proactive professionals who can help ensure listing accuracy and compliance while contributing to broader catalog strategy.
Key Responsibilities (All Levels)
- Upload and maintain accurate product details including titles, images, specifications, and descriptions
- Ensure listings are complete, compliant, and optimized according to Amazon best practices
- Identify and resolve catalog issues such as incorrect or missing attributes
- Collaborate cross-functionally to troubleshoot and resolve listing problems
- Generate reports on listing status, errors, and performance metrics
- Provide insights and recommendations for catalog improvements
- Stay updated on Amazon policies and ensure ongoing compliance
- Meet or exceed internal quality and performance standards
- Support process documentation and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing (SOPs, training content, etc.)
- Participate in special projects as needed
Additional Responsibilities by Level
Junior Listing Specialist
- Assist in day-to-day listing maintenance with strong attention to detail
- Learn core listing practices and progressively take on greater responsibilities
- Participate in structured training and mentorship
Mid-Level Listing Specialist
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one catalog-related function
- Lead implementation of listing strategies to improve accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with peers and lead initiatives across teams
- Apply advanced problem-solving and sound judgment in execution
Qualifications
Junior Level
- Up to 1 year of experience in Amazon listing or eCommerce catalog support
- Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets
- Detail-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills
- Amazon Seller experience is a plus
Mid-Level
- 2–3 years of experience managing and optimizing Amazon listings
- Strong understanding of catalog structure and listing best practices
- Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets and handling large datasets
- Experience in quality assurance, compliance, or data-related eCommerce roles
- Ability to take initiative, troubleshoot issues, and mentor junior team members
