Job summary

Philips is seeking a Key Account Manager for the Personal Health business in Seattle, WA to drive growth with Amazon and other key accounts. You should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Sales, plus at least 2 years in account management or sales operations, with experience in eCommerce and Amazon

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in Account Management or Sales Operations.
• Experience in Analytics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Execute key account strategies by turning priorities into actions, timelines, and deliverables.
• Own forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking across monthly, quarterly, and annual plans to support strong account results.
• Monitor sales, promotions, identify risks and opportunities and recommend next steps.
• Support promotional and trade execution from planning through post-event analysis while ensuring budget alignment and return on investment.
• Drive operational excellence by maintaining accurate data, streamlining processes, and ensuring flawless execution across tools and systems.
• Partner cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, analytics, and planning teams to keep account plans aligned and moving forward.
• Provide customer-facing support through meeting preparation, performance updates, and insight-driven communication that strengthens execution and decision-making.
