3+ years of experience in cloud architecture and implementation

3+ years of Amazon Connect developer experience

Amazon Connect & Conversational AI Experience

• Understanding of Amazon Connect capabilities
• Contact flow/module development and deployment
• Third-party API calls, CRM, and other backend integrations
• Experience building and deploying Amazon Lex bots for voice and chat
• Designing conversational flows and intents
• Bot testing and optimization

AWS Expertise

• Proficiency in services such as API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB, and IAM
• Experience with REST APIs and web services integration
• AWS certifications preferred (e.g., Solutions Architect Associate)

Infrastructure & Development

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience with CloudFormation or Terraform
• Automation and scripting skills (Python)
