Job summary

Hallmark Global Solutions Ltd in Plano, TX is seeking a senior cloud engineering expert to design and implement scalable, secure cloud-based contact center solutions. You will leverage Terraform, AWS, and IaC to deliver enterprise-grade infrastructure and applications.

You will build POCs, integrate AI features for agent assistance and analytics, monitor systems with Splunk and Datadog, and work closely with networking and telephony components in a fast-paced environment.
