Job summary

Steve Madden is seeking an Amazon Account Manager to own the commercial performance of an assigned brand portfolio—Steve Madden Women’s, Madden Girl, Betsey Johnson, Anne Klein, Blondo, Dolce Vita, or Steve Madden Kids.

You will own the account relationship, the commercial strategy, and the results, while execution lives with you — not an agency. You’ll partner closely with Marketing and BI to drive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Amazon brand portfolios and optimizing profitability.
• Ability to build and own seasonal account plans and coordinate marketing investments.
• Strong collaboration with Marketing Manager and BI Analyst to drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the Amazon P&L for an assigned brand portfolio; manage revenue, sell-through, and inventory performance with profitability focus.
• Build and execute the seasonal account plan; align assortment, calendar, and marketing investment with brand priorities and Amazon cadence.
• Lead joint business planning with Amazon Vendor Managers; negotiate placements, co-op funding, and expansion commitments.
• Develop and present seasonal recaps and forward-looking plans; flag risks and opportunities before surprises.
