We collaborate with founders, CEOs, and CMOs to help them scale their online businesses and overcome eCommerce challenges. We are seeking a full-time Brand Manager to join our team and contribute to our clients' success.

Role Overview

As a Brand Manager, you will be a primary owner of your clients' success, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and goal achievement. You will coordinate with internal teams and clients to improve performance, deliver high-quality work on time, and support strategic decision-making. You should enjoy problem-solving, learning, strategy discussion, and team leadership. Strong communication, confidence, quick learning, and organization are essential.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead client communication, analyze data, and provide strategic recommendations.
  2. Create and present bi-weekly performance reports, ensuring quality and effectiveness.
  3. Collaborate on eCommerce strategies: catalog, go-to-market, design, copywriting, SEO, merchandising, promotions.
  4. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality deliverables, escalating issues when necessary.
  5. Analyze performance metrics and market data to identify growth opportunities and implement strategies.
  6. Engage with external teams like Amazon Account Managers for partnerships and beta opportunities.
  7. Develop and present strategic plans, ensuring project milestones are met.
  8. Maintain broad knowledge of marketplace eCommerce to bridge gaps between teams and align with high-level goals.
  9. Stay ahead of eCommerce trends through testing, early adoption, and platform innovations.
  10. Contribute to a culture of curiosity via training, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
  11. Drive sales growth for clients.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2-5 years in eCommerce or related Account Management
  • 2+ years of Amazon experience
  • Strong client service and communication skills
  • Quick learner with critical thinking and strategic decision-making skills
  • Project management and deadline prioritization abilities
  • Proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis
  • Experience with Amazon or other eCommerce platforms is preferred
