Under the direction of the VP of Operations, the Brand Manager is responsible for providing dedicated management and strategic guidance to clients selling on Amazon and maintain high level of client growth, satisfaction, and retention. This position is integral to the growth of our clients’ e-commerce business as well as for ROI Swift.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and communicate Amazon account strategy with clients and internal teams
- Manage client communication with proactive & responsive contact via phone, slack, email and bi-weekly meetings
- Collaborate with Advertising Specialists & Organic Specialists to develop and manage an account strategy according to client needs and sales objectives
- Reporting/Analysis - Communicate headline results, KPI’s and rationale behind changes made in the account to client
- Represent ROI Swift at onsite and virtual client meetings
OTHER DUTIES
- Stay up-to-date on Amazon trends, new Amazon features, beta’s and other programs that can aid client success
- Represent ROI Swift at onsite client meetings, calls, or video conferences
- Report to internal meetings and provide updates on accounts to management
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
- Maintain Amazon account growth according to client plans with no more than 1 client in a rolling 4 week downtrend on a weekly basis
- Maintain an average of 80% of clients hitting kicker on a monthly basis
- Maintain NPS Score of 8+ for Managed Clients
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ recent years' experience on Amazon Seller or Vendor Central
- Experience working in client facing role, managing relationships and projects successfully
- Ability to apply scientific method to improve overall results
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- High school diploma/GED is required
- BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing or related degree is desired
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS
- Proven knowledge of the Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central platform and the ability to implement best practices including knowledge of Amazon marketing levers such as A+ Content, Inventory uploads, organic search optimization, Amazon PPC Campaigns.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel - ability to analyze data and create tables and charts, use pivot tables, lookups, and other formulaic functions
- Intermediate proficiency in PowerPoint - ability to clearly communicate concepts and data with ability to convey a message using type, photography, illustration, and color.
- Proven ability to be organized and manage time efficiently.
