Job summary

Acadia is seeking an experienced Amazon PPC Manager who will develop best-in-class PPC strategies for Amazon, Walmart, and Instacart, leading a small team of PPC Specialists and Data Specialists to drive profitable client growth.

You will optimize campaigns using Advertising Consoles and other tools, monitor performance, and stay ahead of platform changes. You will report weekly to clients, mentor team members, and collaborate across marketing functions to maximize results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Pay Per Click advertising (Amazon Advertising, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop PPC strategies for Amazon, Walmart and Instacart across client accounts.
• Lead a small team of PPC Specialists and Data Specialists; conduct regular 1:1s and coaching.
• Identify opportunities to drive client growth and optimize campaigns.
• Report weekly/bi-weekly results to clients, including insights and next steps.
