Acadia is seeking an experienced Amazon PPC Manager to craft best-in-class PPC strategies for accounts on Amazon, Walmart and Instacart, working with a team of PPC Specialists and Data Specialists to drive profitable growth for Acadia’s clients.

The role involves leading a small team, leveraging multiple advertising platforms, and communicating results to clients on a regular cadence, with opportunities to advance within a dynamic digital marketing company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing preferred.
• 3+ years of PPC advertising experience (Amazon, Google, Bing, Facebook).
• 1+ year experience with Amazon Advertising.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize PPC campaigns across Amazon, Walmart, and Instacart.
• Lead a small team of PPC Specialists with regular 1:1 coaching.
• Present results and proposed next steps to clients weekly or biweekly.
• Collaborate with data specialists and cross-functional teams to align strategies.
• Identify opportunities for growth and new services for existing clients.
