Job summary

Zinus, Inc. is seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist (Amazon Ads) to join our U.S. Growth Marketing team.

This role will focus on Amazon Advertising, with primary responsibility of managing Sponsored Ads campaigns and translating marketplace performance data into actionable recommendations that drive profitable growth. You will work closely with Growth Marketing, Sales, Merchandising, Content, and Demand Planning teams to ensure media investments support broader business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience with Amazon, Performance Marketing, Paid Media or Retail Media.
• Hands-on experience managing Sponsored Ads campaigns.
• Experience managing retail media budgets and performance goals.
• Deep understanding of Amazon marketplace advertising.
• Experience with large product catalogs (100+ SKUs) preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; advanced Excel proficiency.
• Ability to translate data into business recommendations and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution and optimization of Amazon Advertising Sponsored Ads campaigns.
• Build campaign structures aligned with category priorities, product lifecycles, and promotions.
• Assist with managing advertising budgets and allocating spend based on performance and priorities.
• Balance investment across campaigns with business priorities and objectives.
• Monitor performance, identify risks, trends, and growth opportunities.
• Analyze performance across SKU, category, and portfolio levels.
• Build and maintain reports linking advertising to sales outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Merchandising, Content, and Demand Planning teams.
• Design and execute tests on bids, targeting, creative, assortment, and budgets.
• Stay informed about Sponsored Ads and broader retail media developments.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and efficiency.
