Zinus, Inc. is seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our U.S. Growth Marketing team in Bentonville, AR. You will manage and optimize Walmart Connect campaigns while supporting Wayfair and other e-commerce channels.

This role suits paid-media professionals who love data, testing ideas, and turning results into actionable recommendations. Experience with Walmart Connect or Wayfair is preferred but not required; applicable retail media background is valued.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, retail media, or e-commerce campaigns.
• Hands-on experience managing campaigns on paid-media/e-commerce platforms.
• Strong grasp of metrics like ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, and sales.
• Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets to analyze campaign data.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Walmart Connect campaigns and optimization.
• Support Wayfair advertising campaigns and other retail media initiatives.
• Build campaign structures aligned with priorities, products, and promotions.
• Monitor performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Analyze results across campaigns, products, and portfolios.
• Assist with budgeting and spend allocation based on performance.
• Translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Create reports linking advertising activity to sales and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Merchandising, Content, and Supply Chain.
• Present results and recommendations to marketing leaders.
