Job Description

This role focuses on client satisfaction and retention, overseeing operations and building loyalty. It involves acting as a key operations role within Gigabrands.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Monitor client milestones at 30, 60, and 90 days.
  • Complete all client tasks promptly.
Milestone and Operations Management
  • Verify and discover ongoing client pain points.
  • Lead retention efforts through proposals, negotiations, and upsells.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction via quarterly surveys.
  • Recommend strategic improvements.
  • Ensure client requirements are met within timelines.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of clients’ businesses and market objectives.
  • Report on client performance and ensure goals are achieved.
  • Conduct account and onboarding audits, and perform regular reviews.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding processes.
